If I could give them ten stars... I would! This is my second order in the last week. I have been shopping online frequently and for many years now (since the mid '90's), and I have never experienced this level of customer care anywhere. I ordered some Nike ACG Air Cinder Cones last week. Rebecca helped me via live chat and was exceptionally knowledgeable about the product. I was quite impressed. My stuff arrived very quickly, and then I received a thank you note (handwritten no less) from Greg...! Returns are easy too. And return shipping is FREE!!! Buying shoes and clothing is always problematic when shopping online, but their return policy makes finding the right product and the right fit a snap. They've made a lifetime customer out of me!
