Very Nice Artwork. I am a retail picture framer and wish they would answer me about wholesale purchases. I would be able to purchase more artwork if they made wholesale available prices to me.

I placed my order on 6/29 and received it on July 19th. It took over half a month. Shipping stated 7-10 days after processing, but I would never expected it to take a total of 20 days in all. I placed an order from a competitor on the 20th and received it in less than 2 weeks- and it was shipped from the UK!

I had to return one item that was incorrect. I was a little disappointed that it seemed that the people handling my return were unable to link my name, email address, and the order number to what I was returning. I could be misinterpreting this though. The information I was asked for might have just made things easier/quicker for the person trying to help me. I also think that even express shipping is very slow to the location in Ohio that Allposter.com is based out of. I was very happy with the service I got otherwise and was impressed at how well packaged everything I purchased was. My interaction with the people handling my return/exchange was also very positive.

The original order came with a scratch but all it took to receive a free replacement was to email photos of the defect and the shipping container. That is a great way to resolve an issue like this and I am perfectly happy. Thanks.

I order 3 posters and a T-Shirt. When I recieved half of my order (shirt and poster) the poster was FOLDED in the package. I was shocked! Who folds a poster?!?! I called AllPoster and they told me they would resend poster but it would take another 10 days. The poster "was" going to be a gift. I was very disappointed with the the products I received. While the customer service on the phone was good, the overall delivery and time (I made at least 5 calls) was poor.
