I bought an apartment sized propane grill as a gift for my son, and was amazed at the speed with which it arrived! From time of last mouse click until I was opening the box was a mere 3 days, and that was with non-expedited shipping! The grill arrived in great condition, and my son has been enjoying it ever since. It was exactly what he needed for his new apartment, and the total price was less than I would have paid for it at the local stores.

Item advertised was not in stock. They attempted to substitute item of lesser quality. Blamed me for ordering an out of stock item. Customer service was arrogant and made no attempt to rectify the complaint.

After doing a market comparison of prices, I decided to order my Weber Q and accessories from RAC Enterprise on line store. Since I had never ordered from them before, I was a bit apprehensive but they had very good feedback. I placed the order and received a message, very quickly, that the order had registered and would be shipped immediately. They certainly were right. Ordered on Wednesday evening, received the items on Friday. Now that's ULTRA fast shipping. All the items were correct and absolutely brand new and undamaged. I have extremely high praise for RAC Enterprise, for just cause: Very low prices, ultra fast shipping and brand new first quality products. This seller comes highly recommended!

I was very concerned about buying my brand-new, 300 pound, top-of-the-line grill on the internet until I talked to Rocco. His price was the lowest and his website got great reviews, but I had to have the grill delivered on a particular day because of the weight. Rocco went above and beyond to ensure the grill was delivered when it was convenient for me -- even when there were issues completely attributable to the delivery service. He called the delivery service and me (several times) to ensure the grill was delivered at the agreed upon time. Rocco and Rac Enterprise are terrific! Next time I want to make a major purchase, I'll definitely check with Rocco first!

Purchased a Weber smoker through RAC enterprises. When, through no fault of RAC's, they only were left with damaged smokers to deliver, the manager spoke with me directly on the phone. Realizing that RAC would be unable to fulfill my order in time directly, the manager actually found another vendor that would be able to serve my needs, and pointed me there - losing hundreds in the process.

That's service. I would order through RAC any time I got the chance. They way they accommodated an irate customer in a difficult situation was extraordinary.

Overall, a very positive experience. As I stated in the initial review, I wish the website had a picture of the product so I could be sure I was ordering what I thought I was ordering. As it turned out, there was no problem, and it's no big deal. It's just a matter keeping the customer comfortable. Otherwise, all went well. The price was good, the product arrived quickly and without shipping damage, and the online purchase went easily and smoothly.

My experience with RAC Enterprise was totally positive. I was able to trace my shipment of a Weber Summit S-650 gas grill and accessories throughout its journey and it arrived promptly. While it may have been a couple of days later arriving than planned, the delay was due to Canada Customs, nothing else. Still, having a 300 plus pound shipment arrive at your door 14 days from the date of the on line transaction when you live on the other side of the continent and an international boundary is pretty amazing. Further, the product was flawless. I highly recommend RAC Enterprise and as a result of my positive experiences, at least one of my buddies will be ordering a Weber grill from RAC Enterprise as well.

originally, the tracking number given did not make sense or work because RAC failed to specify that my item had been shipped by Fedex National. Once Fedex customer service tipped me off to this, the tracking was excellent. The rest of the shopping experience was excellent.

My complaint with RAC Enterprises or Shopping.com - I don't know who was at fault - was that the shopping.com list of merchants and prices for this product advertised that shipping was free on this Weber grill, which costs $84.95. When I reached the end of filling out the order form to order this grill, I was told that shipping was free only on purchases above $100 and that I owed $20 more for shipping. This was false advertising. I should have cancelled the order and chosen another merchant, but I was pressed for time and allowed the charge. I have not learned whether the item was shipped nor given a shipping number.

RAC fulfilled the order quickly; however, the unit I received was defective. Since RAC is solely a distributor, they won't accept the return of a defective unit. I called Mintek and was told it would be 30, yes 30 days, to receive a replacement. Since then, I've called Mintek three times to inquire about the status of my replacement, received nothing but voicemail, and no response yet. Buyer beware!
