I spent a lot of time shopping the internet and local stores to find the best deal on the Weber Summit S-670 LP BBQ Grill and RAC Enterprises was the BEST, plus free shipping and no sales tax. I expected this to take 2-3 weeks, but was pleasantly surprised to receive my shipment 1-week after I placed the order. I would have received it sooner but I ordered it the evening before a 3-day Holiday weekend. The product was exactly what I expected. This Grill is AWESOME! Well worth the extra dollars I spent on it! I even called their Customer Service number for assistance and it also is GREAT! They informed me that everything was in stock and ready for shipment except one item which I told them to remove from my order. My credit card was immediately debited for the amount of the item. I purchased a Weber Summit 620 grill from Rac Enterprise. Now these things aren't cheap and when you plunk down a significant amount of cash with an on-line business you always kind of hold your breath. Well rest assured Rac Enterprise is the "Gold Standard". Within 20 minutes of my order I had a response from them. And not one of those automated jobs...an email from a real person! The grill cover I ordered from their website later and then realized was also eligible for free shipping was handled quickly and arrived with my grill. The grill was ordered on Friday evening June 27 and arrived on July 3rd in perfect shape via Fed Ex LTL. All in all this is one of the best companies I have ever worked with.

After finding the weber flame on thier website I placed an order and got an email from then the very next day saying that the product was no longer in stock. They did not charge my credit card and canceled my order. While the customer service was very prompt it was upseting that the product to this day is still looks to be available on their website.

My experience was great. I saved at least $275. I orderd on a Sunday after calling to do a general check on the merchant. I was told that if I order on Sunday the grill would ship Monday and take 4 to 5 days to arrive. The grill was intown on Thrusday and delivered in good condition on Friday.

Product came with minor 'shipping' damage, called RAC and they were polite and said that since they are a reseller that all I had to do was call an 800 number for weber and gave it to me. No issue, weber registered my grill and sent a replacement part. Great service, quick shipping.

This is simply the best online company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a Weber Summit s670 LP model on a Saturday morning. It was shipped the following Monday and I received it on the following Tuesday. The Fed/ex company even called me well in advance to set up the home delivery with me. I have NEVER had as good an experience with any other online company. Unbelievable service and no shipping or tax fees. I couldn't find any other company that could have shipped that fast. I purchased a Weber S-450 grill and needed to coordinate shipping arrangements because I'm still in the process of moving up to the North Georgia mountains and not always there. I was going to be on vacation and out of town during the the normal delivery window. I called and spoke to Rocco about my problem. He instructed me how to order the item online, so I could take advantage of the special price being offered, and then add instructions for delivery so my item would be delivered after I returned from vacation.
