Excellent experience with the purchase of my Weber grill. Placed order Monday evening (Memorial Day.) It shipped first thing on Tuesday morning - had ship notification by 7AM. It arrived Thursday by freight - had call from freight depot by 7:30AM. I picked up at depot Thursday afternoon, for convenience. Did minor assembly Friday afternoon and have been grilling ever since.

I couldn't help but get nervous about spending $1500.00 with a company I found on line but the price was just to good to pass up. Getting it here within three working days with the free shipping option was a big bonus also. When I called customer service to ask a question I got a message and hung-up choosing to send an e-mail instead. But within 2 minuites someone called me back just from the Caller ID and got me an answer. That in itself proved to me I was dealing with a company that cares about its customers.

One of the most efficient online purchases I have every made. After extensive price comparison shopping, Rac Enterprise had the best price and free shipping. Their web site was very easy to navigate as was the purchase. I placed my order at 5 pm and received an email the very next morning that my order had been shipped! I recently purchased a Weber Q 100 grill from RAC Enterprise.  Below is a summary of my positive experience:

-Product price, including shipping, was less than lowest price available from local vendors. 
-I stumbled upon links to RAC Enterprise, and was intrigued by the number of positive reviews.  After a little deliberation, I figured I'd go ahead and order from them.
-Grill ordered online around 11 pm Tuesday night.
-Less than one hour after I submitted the order, I was notified that my order had shipped.
-The following day, Wednesday, I was provided a FedEx tracking link.
-Thursday, FedEx delivers the grill to my home, around 2:15 pm.

I am very impressed with the prompt processing and shipping of my order.  Well done!

The fright company scheduled deliver for 8 to 11 on Wed but no one put the grill on the truck. It was delivered the next day but 3/4 hr after the scheduled time. This is not a problem of RAC except maybe they should use a different trucking company in the future.

Although the barbeque was received damaged (damage occured during shipping) I received prompt and reasonable response to resolve the issue (damage). I still have not received the replacement parts but I expected them in the near term. As indicated above I would not hesitate to do business with RAC Enterprise again and I would recommend them to friends.

I ordered a Weber Summit S-650 Grill from RAC on a Friday evening and received it on the following Thursday. The delivery by Fed-Ex was scheduled between 10am and 2pm, but it did not arrive until 6pm. I was worried about damage to the grill, due to the weight and size, but it arrived in good condition. RAC had the cheapest price for the product, that I could find online or in Houston stores. I reviewed the online comments about RAC and also checked the Better Business Bureau data, before purchasing. I am extremely happy with the service I received from RAC and will shop there again. I have also mentioned to my friends, that if they are in the market for a gas grill, this is a great place to purchase one.

I am thrilled with RAC Enterprise! The Weber Summit S-670 grill was less expensive than any other online source, and was MUCH cheaper than local sources, and the price included free shipping with lift-gate delivery service via FedEx. The grill arrived damaged (the box had been pierced by a fork lift). The driver suggested I refuse delivery and call the merchant. I called RAC and spoke with Rocco, who helped me throughout the replacement process. RAC shipped my replacement grill before the claim against FedEx was settled! At the time RAC had the best price I could find anywhere, including local stores and on the web, for this item. And that factors in the price of the gasoline it would have taken for me to drive to a store, versus the offer of free shipping from RAC. I ordered it over a holiday weekend, and it arrived quicker than I expected, in perfect shape. I don't know how this transaction could have gone more smoothly.
