The shopping process was easy. However, the product arrived with a defective battery and a new one had to be purchased. Due to the intracies of the watch a jeweler was needed to insert the new battery resulting in more costs. In my opinion, the product should arrive ready for use (with a new battery already inserted!)

I have no problem with the company in fact they are very helpful and pleasant, however, they ship only by UPS and I do not care for their service. I prefer to use USPS as I can track my order and have it sent to either my PO box or my street address. That is the only reason I will not use them again.

It took longer to get my items in than told it would. Kept getting repeat emails from Active Forever with all the exact same information saying my order shipped on a certain day, but did not receive it according to the date in the emails. Ordered lots of items and they showed in the emails they were being shipped as one order, but the items all came in different times. Was happy with their merchandise, just wish they were better with email notifications and shipping the order.

When I ordered a similar product from a different merchant, I received it within a week. Unfortunately, that merchant no longer stocks neXus Rollators. It has been 10 days now and I have heard nothing from ActiveForever since the ThankYou! for the order on 06/09.

We are pleased with our purchase of white and black elastic shoe laces. One suggestion would be the decsription of the black elastic laces did not include how many pairs of laces were in a package. The white laces indicated there were 2 pairs per package. Thank you.

Excellent Shoppng Experience. The item, however, was shipped from another vendor (the manufacturer). It would have been here more quickly if the merchant had actually stocked the item. The actual shipper followed up, however, and made it possible for me to trace the item and find its delivery date.

Great place to shop. The only thing is that I would alter the layout of products since it can be a bit much to have to keep going through page by page. You should be able to view all the products (that match your search) on one page so you could simply scroll down (and plus you can compare easily between items). Also a "compare" function might be nice. You could check the similar items you are interested and see a side-by-side comparison. Overall, shopping was easy and hassle free. Shipping was a lot less than some of your competitors who have added "gas surcharges". I would definitely shop here again if I needed something you sold.
