Ordered unit on Wednesday, 9-27-06. They put order on hold. Multiple customer service people told me that they would check on hold and get back to me. I sent an email on Tuesday, 10-3-06 and told them I was worried because no one called me back or found out anything for me. On Thursday, 10-04-06 I called them and a customer service person told me that the scooter was "backordered" and should arrive around 10-27-06. I told her that was unacceptable and to cancel my order.

I was sent the wrong merchandise . Instead of an arthritic sock, I received a foot scrubber for the shower. I called in and talked to a representative, I believe his name was Frank. He handled everything, was an excellent communicator and if he represents the company, its a great company to do business with.

disc o sit junior: I thought I was buying something for an adult, this disc is too small. Hand Walker Cuff: the instruction to attach this were very poor, should have had some drawings. Had to look at catalog picture to figure it out.

It took 8 days for this to arrive at destination - it was suppose to arrive 3-5 - I ordered it for my sister who just had extensive neck surgery and needed it ASAP. There was no tracking # for me to track the order. Wedge pillow is of very good quality.
