I ordered 12 6"x9" notepads from the Ace Warehouse on Dec 28,2005. I was advised it shipped on Jan 11, 2006 to a store about 15 miles from my house and I would be notified when they arrived. Well after waiting for a couple of weeks I was told that I had to wait an additional 14 days for the Post Office to track it. After waiting the alloted time I was told I would have to go to the store to get the credit adjusted. I contacted the store and after about 10 minutes they said they had found the notepads in one of their back rooms. I asked why I wasn't notified and they stated that the Warehouse had to do that. Well I drove the 15 miles and had to wait about 10 minutes while the Service Staff had a lengthy conversation about how tough their day was. Finally a gentleman, who had been looking at me for 10 minutes, asked if I had been helped. I responded "No". Well he finished up his conversation with his coworkers and then went to look for my order. They found it behind a door in one of their backrooms in a dirty plastic bag. Well so much for the helpful hardware folks. Never again will I use this business
