AJ Madison

I needed to purchase a small Upright Freezer, because the current freezer I had, died.  I ran out  to Best Buy, PC Richards and Sears.  None of them had exactly what I wanted.  A small Freezer.  I googled and one of the sites was AJ Madison.  I contacted the site and then spoke to a representative by the name of Jonathan who is the agent I dealt with and is very knowledgeable.  I ordered the freezer. The delivery service  contacted me and was very accomadating to deliver my order on a day that they typically would not be in my area.  The freezer arrived within 3 days of ordering.  The freezer was running very hot to the touch, in which you could actually burn yourself.  I contacted customer service at AJ Madison, and spoke to a gal named Michelle. She explained to me that  I needed to do peal the sticker from the inside of the freezer and return it to her via certified mail. She also sent an email with al instructions.  She indicated that I will be receiving a replacement after she receives the certified letter.  It would be within the week.    Very good customer service.
