Ordered a dishwasher on June 21st 2008 which arrived very quickly, but full of water. Refused shipment because this seemed odd to me. I phoned AJ Madison as soon as the driver left and I was met with very long wait times to reach customer service (68 minutes on hold) and they insisted that *all* the dishwashers are shipped full of water due to testing. This is information that should be posted plainly on the order page of the site, if it is indeed true. They said that they would contact Yellow Freight to have the dishwasher sent back to us but Yellow Freight is impossible to get in touch with and then we find out that the washer was sent to "salvage." AJ Madison was not very helpful in this whole matter and did not want to send a new washer. After many hours dealing with customer service issues from TWO companies, the original washer finally turned up at my house today (July 16th). I'm so fed up, I'm not sure what to do. My husband says he will install it but I want to make AJ Madison come fetch it and give me my money back, I also want to call my credit card company and file a dispute. What should have been an easy transaction turned into a nightmare.
