Order was processed and delivered promptly. Almost immediately received confirmation email when order was received and charged. Was also provided with an email for each item as it was shipped (which included a tracking number to follow the deliver process). Items (Brother toner cartridges) better priced with free shipping than any other site checked. Customer service even called to see if we wanted to try and save more money by purchasing generic cartridges rather than name-brand (though we stayed with the name-brand since the printer in need of toner is still under warranty). Have now made multiple purchases over the period of a couple years and all orders (except for one, where the cartridges in question were no longer available, at which point we were refunded the price of those cartridges) have been fulfilled without issue. Web site can sometimes be somewhat tricky to navigate - in particular it is sometimes hard to locate available shipping options (which do not default to free shipping, but instead to the next least expensive option) - but overall it has worked well. We'll continue to make your site one of the sites we regularly check when in need of replacement toner cartridges. Thank you for your consistent service!
