The Epson RX 595 Photo All-in-One (print, copy, scan) unit I ordered from Matter of Fax is a superior unit. I made the choice from among the many offerings that Matter of Fax described on their site. I found their site quite easy to navigate and the product descriptions to contain most, if not all, the information required to make a selection with a high degree of probability of making a satisfactory selection. What was especially appealing about this Epson unit was the individual cartridges for six colors. The instructions in the quick set-up manual got me started off without difficulty. The more complete user manual is immediately accessible on-line and contains all the detailed steps for the multiple functions offered by this unit. The color fidelity in reproduction whether for printing or copying is remarkable. I was favorably impressed with the speed of delivery from Matter of Fax. I ordered the printer on-line on a Monday and it was delivered on a Thursday. Matter of Fax kept me informed of order status and progress in shipping right up to delivery. The unit arrived in perfect condition. Everything occurred as Matter of Fax had described. I very much appreciated knowing the order status on a daily basis. They followed up with a personal telephone call (an event that rarely occurs with typical on-line purchases) to make inquiry whether everything had gone to my satisfaction. That call focused on my experience. It was not a sales call. I appreciated their concern and will most likely do further business with them.
