Your survey tool, and the survey tool at A Matter of Fax, limit one's ability to reflect how VERY SATISFIED one can be with all of the areas covered in the survey! Options of "very good" and such are just not adequate when all aspects of the buying transaction are at the my highest level of satisfaction....truly going beyond my expectations. I am truly impressed with every aspect of my transaction with A Matter of Fax. It isn't often when I feel that a company has gone out of it's way to keep a purchase transaction easy and "enjoyable" The website is very friendly, displays tremendous selection of brands and products, and has complete information about all of them. The prices are the best I was able to find and the standard shipping is a tremendous value. The service was remarkable! I selected the free shipping option with expectations of 7 business days for delivery. I ordered the fax machines on Monday and all three fax machines were delivered that Wednesday morning....WOW! The product is everything it was advertised to be! I'll recommend your site to friends and associates (already have!) in the future, and will return myself when we need more office equipment.
