Inaccurate Billing and long delivery delays

The cost savings are not worth the SLOW processing and shipping time and poor billing practices. I ordered from A Matter of FAX because they had the LCD replacement bulb I needed at the lowest price. The order was placed on December 3rd and I still do not have the bulb on December 18th. This was an in stock item and no explanation has been given for the delay other than "well, our website says it may take up to 15 days to recieve you item".
I did not recall this so I double checked the website and there is no such indication. To the contrary it states that economy shipping may take 2 days processing time and 7 days shipping. Please do not believe this. The only thing they do quickly is bill your credit card. The customer service is simply making things up to cover the poor performance of the warehouse. I called today to check the status of my order and they still are not able to give me any reliable information. The customer service personal actually stated she would check the warehouse and make sure it was not just sitting on the side. I don't even know what that means but I do know that after 15 days they should have put the item in a box and been able to give me shipping information.
The billing is poor as I was billed the exact same amount twice on my credit card. They were able to get the extra charge removed but it took two phone calls to customer service to correct their mistake.
All things considered, I would not shop here again and would not recommend A Matter of Fax to anyone as the customer ends up paying for the discount price in the form of poor customer service and lengthy delays.
