I'm not sure if I will shop here in the future. Since you can only refine your search by size, it takes longer to shop on this website than others. You can't search by price,heel height (which is a BIG issue for me since I am a 5"11 tall woman) color, etc. I also don't appreciate having to pay to return the merchandise, some sites do not charge to return. I will say, the prices are the biggest plus of the sight.

i found what i wanted in blue they were out of black but i also found another pair of privos very close to the one i wanted and i ordered 2 pair of that style then the next day i ordered 2 pair for my mother i was very happy with 6pm.com

My sister recommended that I try this merchant, since their prices on Softwalk merchandise couldn't be beat. I found that to be true - I got a fabulous price on wonderful merchandise, but the shipping was a bit slow.

The search feature definitely needs improving. When you try to narrow down your search (by size, for instance), you get mixed results. (In my experience, searching for "Men's-Walking-Size 11" yielded not only men's size 11 shoes, but also women's sandals, pumps, and clothing! So, the search capability is a bit lacking.) I would also really like to see a reduced shipping return option. Shoes are so hard to fit, and often require a few trial-and-errors before finding something that works. All that return shipping (at my expense, currently) gets pretty costly, and that is frustrating!

Very pleased with the speed and timing of my order. I couldn't believe that my package arrived so fast. The sneakers that I wanted are great, I love them. love the shoes..love the prices compared to prices elsewhere,please continue to keep prices lower that your competitors..I do however think web site needs tweaking because when we making a buying selection your site should allow us with one click to continue shopping where we left off on the site so we dont have to spend the next 40 minuetes going thru the site again to get back to where we left off and clicking page to page..I hope I explained that well enough,it sure would be of great help if that part of the site was fixed,I might make multiple purchases at one sitting if I didn't have to go back and start going over from page to page again..but it gets tiring fast..thankyou

You do have a slightly limited supply of sizes and styles, but really you have a much better selection that other outlet-style websites. The merchandise was well packaged and arrived speedily. I do have to return a few of the items due to size. The return procedure seems to be easy. It would be nice if there were a discount on the shipping for the new size items that I have to order. But, the standard shipping fee is not unbearable. Hopefully the remainder of the return process will go smoothly.

I think they should have a phone number listed. What took a few weeks of emailing back and forth could've taken a few minutes over the phone. They should have an exchange policy. They should give the return address label with free shipping in the box with your order so you don't have to pay for returning the item, then pay for shipping once again to get the correct item if trying to do an exchange. I paid shipping numerous times trying to get the correct pair of shoes. This process has been pretty frustrating, especially not being able to talk to an actual person over the phone about the complications I have had.

it was difficult to see only the kind of shoes i was interested in buying. this was a major problem and if your prices weren't so good there's no way i would have so many shoes! would be better to be able to narrow the field a few times. say 1. size, 2. heel height, 3. slingback or lace-up or whatever. thank you
