The lotion was in a bag and leaked all over. It would have been nice if it was packed so it would not have leaked and gotten hot and ruined the smell.

You had the best prices I found on the internet. The only thing was that on the main page where you had your price, you also had listed as FREE SHIPPING. Not free with XXX amount of purchase, but just Free. Then once you placed the order, it said with XXX amount. To me, that is false advertising. On the main page, it should have said with XXX amout like some of the other companies did. That, I wasn't happy with. In fact, I started to cancel my order due to that.

I said that I would purchase again from 1st Perfume but I have to admit I was a little surprised to receive a "tester" - It was delivered in a box that had tester on it - also does not have a cap which will be a problem when I travel - other wise no complaints - Good Day

What I was looking for was on sale at a terrific price that other places could not touch! I placed my order and it was no time before I received my perfume. The tracking number told me what day it would be here and I received it that day. ordered the product on a Thursday evening. rec'd call Friday which was not understandable at all but I could get that something was out of stock. called my cr card company and they already charged my card. have had nothing but agravation and am very unhappy with this experience. I've never had this much trouble over an internet order before. Now they want to charge me a cancellation fee!
